Born in Jefferson City, MO on January 1, 1934, Jack has been a life-long friend of Kenneth.  They both went to the same elelemtary and high scool, and both graduated from St. Peters. He is married to Colleen D Sturm. They have 4 children, 6 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. He worked at for Missouri State Parks for 6 years, and retired from Union Pacific Railroad in 1996. He is currently V.P. of O.C. Railroad
