Born in Jefferson City, MO on November 03, 1963, Carl has been a big contributor to the project. Whether its laying track, problem solving, or financially, he's there for the O.C. Railroad. He has worked for Missouri State Library and currently works for J.C.F.D. He is married to Terri Gentges Haake. They have 3 sons that attend St. Peters.
